With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Mark leads the identification and execution of Private Placement and Secondary mandates. He has spent close to two decades in private markets in a number of capacities. Prior to setting up Berg Advisory, Mark served at Bluetower Capital in London where he identified and structured direct secondary transactions in European markets.
Mark also filled the role of Investment Director as part of a London-based dedicated secondary fund manager with a focus on secondary transactions in Europe, the US and emerging markets. He began his career at WestMerchant Bank as part of the Mergers & Acquisitions advisory team in their offices in Düsseldorf and New York.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Vienna, Faculty of Economics (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) with a specialty in Finance. Mark is fluent in German, English, Spanish and French.
